As we continue to work through the emotional waters of the Sacral Chakra we can begin to see how releasing blocked energy creates space for new energy to flow in.

The Sacral Chakra is our creative life force energy. Located in our pelvic center - the space between our hips, this where we cultivate the energy of passion, inspiration, and creative vision.

Learning to release our pain, trauma, fear, and limiting patterns and beliefs, helps us to harness and utilize our sacred sexual energy to manifest and create our deepest desires.

From this space we plant the seeds of intention, and with the cleansing waters of our aligned Sacral Chakra energy we allow them to blossom and grow.

Movement practices are essential for helping to move stagnant energy, release resistance, and create space in our lives for new energy to flow in.
