CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

 
 

FLOW

Emily's Flow classes connect breath to movement and music using interesting and unique sequencing inspired by her dance background and her carefully crafted playlists. Emily's intention behind each of her Flow classes is to make people feel good. She encourages her students to turn the attention inward, and to find balance between effort and ease. She incorporates hands on adjustments and individual attention to her students, and she holds space for them to heal through movement. At the end of each flow class Emily guides the students into a sweet Savasana, where the effects of the practice can settle into the body, mind, and spirit. 


Emily's Power Flow classes connect breath to movement through challenging sequencing often focused on preparing the body for arm balances and inversions. Power Flow classes move at a slightly faster pace and often incorporate abs and strength training exercises. 

POWER FLOW


BARRE

Emily's Barre classes are super high energy, challenging, and fun. They are set to deep house beats that make you want to move and combine elements of ballet, yoga, and Barre Method. Small isometric movements target the small twitch muscles of the body and build strength, and tone and elongate muscles.
